The 2025 Calendar will be handed out to the youngest sibling from each family on the first week of school.

Orientation will begin at 8.45am. Please have your child come to the Loyola Building. Our Senior School Coordinator and Middle School Coordinator will be delivering the session for the students, followed by an IT boot camp.

Thank you to those families who have already completed this form. It is essential that this form be completed for our Finance Department as soon as possible. Completion of this form confirms your student’s place at Shalom College in 2025, advises your method of payment and ensures that you will receive discounts you are entitled to should you have more than one child at a Catholic School or College in the Diocese of Rockhampton.
Student - Term 1 Timetables
Please note the dates and times for collection of textbooks for 2025. These textbooks may be collected from Book Hire in the Goondeel Resource Centre during these periods.
Years 7 to 10 (for 2025) do not need to collect resources prior to school commencing, Years 11 and 12 may need text books depending on subjects chosen.
In 2025 students will have access to the ReadCloud Digital Resource Platform. In simple terms the digital platform hosts PDF and interactive versions of texts as well as digitised novels, therefore hard copy textbooks will not be required for certain subjects.

The Uniform Shop has now moved to Shop 5 / 6 Phoebe Crescent, Kensington, QLD 4670
The shop is open 13 January to 17 January by appointment ONLY.

For students who need ongoing or periodic medication during school hours (i.e. panadol, nurofen, antibiotics, antihistamines), parents are to complete the attached Student Medication Form and return it with the medication to Student Reception or Student Services - the medication must have a pharmacy label specifying the student(s) name, dosage and when to administer.

Year 10 Notebook Program – Year 10 Students can start collecting their Notebooks once notified by IT via e-mail (January / Date TBC) from McAuley 7 (MA7). Year 10 students and parents will be e-mailed when Notebooks are ready to be collected. Please allow around 15-20 minutes for this to happen as we will need all students to login and set up their email prior to leaving the College.
Year 7 Notebook Leasing Program (+ NEW Year 8-12 students) – Notebooks will be handed out to students during their first week of school.
