A review of Shalom College Leadership structures earlier in the year, led to the development of an additional Leadership Team role in the form of an Assistant Principal: Pedagogy and Practice to commence from the start of the 2024 school year.
We are pleased to announce Mrs Penny McKeown has been appointed to this position.
Penny brings extensive experience from a variety of roles and schools in her career and the relevancy of current Master of Education study.
This position is designed to give more support to teachers to help young people learn well. Penny is excited for the journey ahead in further enhancing the teaching and learning within the College.
