Last week the Commonwealth Games Committee announced those selected to be Batonbearers for the 2018 Commonwealth Games to be held on the Gold Coast. Out of the thousands selected, there are quite a few from our Shalom Community.
The local legends who will share the dream and carry the Queen's Baton with pride are:
Nathan Donaldson – Year 10 Chisholm House
Wade Hogan – Year 12 Walsh House
Vincent Habermann – Shalom Staff member
Craig Holden – Father of Baylee Holden, Year 8 Hogan House
Leslie Kuorikoski – Father of Hallie Kuorikoski, Year 10 Hogan House
Raymond Francis – Father of Georgia Francis, Year 11 Hogan House
