EVERYONE BELONGS: Harmony Week 20-26 March 2023!
In anticipation of Harmony Week on 20-26 March, yesterday Shalom celebrated the multiculturalism within our very own community! Harmony Week is a time to celebrate Australian multiculturalism, and the successful integration of migrants into our community.
One of the goals of Harmony Week is to acknowledge our diverse national, ethnic and religious backgrounds to help build an inclusive society, and to acknowledge and celebrate the enduring principles of fairness, harmony and respect. This is certainly a priority here at Shalom College.
The theme for Harmony Week is “Everyone Belongs.” May this always hold true for us here at Shalom College. Many thanks go to the staff, students and the wider community who were involved in this wonderful celebration of multiculturalism at Shalom.
