A reminder to all families that School Photo Day will take place in Week 1 of Term 3
Location: Sports Centre
• 7:30am – Sibling photos (until classes commence at 8:40am)
• From 8:45am – Student photos (classes called throughout the day)
• Lunch 1 & Lunch 2 – Sibling photos
• 8:45am (Period 1) – Catch-up photos (for students who missed Tuesday)
• Year 12 students – Called up by class (two photos taken - standard portrait + green screen for virtual cohort photo)
Year 12 conflicts:
• If unavailable on Friday (e.g. sport/event), they can be photographed Tuesday
• Must notify via email 520_adminoffice@rok.catholic.edu.au before Monday 13 July
Catch up Photo Day: Tuesday 4 August (students who were absent on the 14 or 17 July)
Uniform Requirements
• All students must wear their formal uniform, including their formal tie, for any photo taken.
• Students must comply with the College Uniform Policy, available in the Student Record Book or on the Shalom College website.
• Students will be checked on the day before their photo is taken to ensure they meet uniform requirements.
