JAPANESE: Yesterday, the Year 10 Japanese class had the most delicious sushi train experience! It was the perfect culmination activity to their term-long exploration of Japanese culture and language. Not only did students get to sample a variety of amazing sushi dishes, but also learned about sushi train etiquette and the proper way to enjoy each piece. It was a great opportunity to practice Japanese language skills as students interacted with the chefs and servers.
